UK Return Policy

Currently we only deliver to the UK. Merchandise purchased at original price is accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit if returned unworn with labels still attached and within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by with original invoice.


Making a return for an exchange or refund, must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy. We only accept returns or exchanges of styles purchased at at regular price (terms for sale items, see below) The postage costs for returns are paid for by the customer. We suggest that tracked postage methods are used. Please use the returns label address on the invoice. Save the postage receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed. You will receive an email notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your email address in included on your return / exchange mail to Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your refund or exchange.

Sale items are on final sale and can not be exchanged or returned


Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for the merchandise purchased at full retail price.
Specify the exchange item and the new colour / size or and style on the return / exchange mail to Include the request in your return package. Simply post it back to us and we will send we will send your new item free of shipping charges.
If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
